The people at Dream Catcher Yachts and those they have introduced me to in Dana Point have treated me with care and patience in the process of having a new Pacific Seacraft 40 built and outfitted. For over a year they have helped me every step of the way including initial choices, watching the progress of construction, commissioning, outfitting and ongoing training. Mary & I had a dream of buying a new boat for a trip around the Great Loop. We picked up a flyer at the Newport boat show on the Selene 36. Later I called Dream Catcher Yachts & Michelle answered the phone. From that day forward Michelle & Zak followed up on every request/action item and babied us through the process of selecting options & getting the boat built. Once here, they have been exceptional helping us with the commissioning and having the electronics and other equipment installed. Even after we took delivery they still help at every turn. Zak has been extremely helpful in ship handling – even the use of those great spring lines! We are shipping the boat to Fort Lauderdale in April 2005. Michelle is meeting us there to make sure the boat is OK. WOW. Luck was on our side when we began our relationship with Michelle & Zak. I cannot imagine buying a boat from anyone else.

Not only are they special but also everyone they referred to us was just as great. Good people attract good people.

Dream Catcher is properly named. I decided to own a boat in Dana Point. It was Sunday and I found Tom working at Dream Catcher Yachts. After much discussion, Tom and I agreed a new Pacific Seacraft would work perfectly for all my requests and requirements. I met Zak and Michelle and we started the paperwork. In the process of building my boat, Tom, Zak, Michelle, Diane and the entire crew at Dream Catcher Yachts were there for all my questions and needs to put together the best PSC 31 of my dreams. Of all of the contracts I have signed into, Dream Catcher's knowledge, upbeat attitude and commitment to customer service has not been exceeded. Thank you all at Dream Catcher Yachts for a wonderful experience and Christmas. If and when I buy another boat, it will be from Dream Catcher Yachts.
