To view java-based virtual tours, Java must be enabled
on your browser. This is normally the
default
setting
and
should
not
pose
a
problem.
If you are experiencing problems, try to find a solution from the
sections below:

Netscape 4.X browsers
1. Click on Edit, then Preferences, then Advanced
2. Check "Enable Java" box
Netscape 6.X browsers
1. Click on Edit, then Preferences, then Advanced
2. Check the " Enable java" and Enable Javascript for
navigator" boxes
3. Download the Java2 plug-in
Internet Explorer 4.x and 5.x
1. Click on Tools, then Internet Options
2. Select the Advanced tab
3. Scroll down to Java VM
4. check the Java Console Enabled, Java Logging Enabled,
and JIT Compiler Enabled boxes
5. Restart your computer
AOl Users
The panoramic images used in these tours may not load
if the "Use Compressed Graphics" option is turned "on".
To turn this option off, follow these steps:
1. Pull down the "My AOL" menu
2. Click on the Preferences tab
3. Click on the Web Graphics tab on the Internet Properties
window
4. Make sure the "Use Compressed Graphics" option is
not checked
5. Click "OK"
