Bow & Stern thrusters:
Many boat owners are not familiar with the behavior of a single engine boat while maneuvering in close quarters. Every Fathom is equipped with a bow & stern thruster to provide confidence & safety margins to both captain & crew. No longer will docking/undocking be a stressful event. -
Northern Lights Genset:
5kw or 9kw generator, depending on the package. Northern Lights is recognized as a premiere manufacturer of power generation equipment. Unit includes a fully enclosed sound shield to minimize noise transfer. Additionally this unit comes with a gas/water separator, reducing virtually 100% of all exhaust noise. This will allow you to run your genset dockside or in a crowded anchorage regardless of the time of day. -
Inverter/Charger:
A staple on every cruising yacht. The pure sin-wave inverter allows use of household appliances by drawing from the batteries as opposed to running the genset. The internal charger negates the need for a dedicated battery charger, saving money & space. -
Automatic AC Crossover:
Automatically detects when shore power is present & switches over from the genset. One less thing to worry about. -
Isolation Transformer:
A truly rare feature on a yacht of this size. In simple terms the isolation transformer ensures the cleanest power possible from the dock, eliminating reverse polarity concerns. It also eliminates stray current corrosion that attacks below waterline fittings. This component is usually found on 60’+ vessels and custom builds.

Reverso Oil Change System:
A pre-plumbed system that ties into the main engine, transmission & genset. Allows you to empty the oil from each component AND refill them from a clean source such as a bucket. Zero mess! -

A powered reel that feeds out & retracts the shore power cable. Just makes life a little easier when hooking up to the dock. -
Marleon Thru-hulls:
Zero corrosion thru-hulls! These are ABYC approved synthetic fittings that will not corrode from electrolysis or seawater. -
