Julian gained his initial experience in boating while growing up in Hot Springs, Arkansas, where his family owned a Resort on a large nearby lake. His boating continued to expand in a large way for several years in the US Navy as a Weapons Officer on a Guided Missile Destroyer during Viet Nam. Following the Navy, Julian spent the next 30 years in management positions in the automotive industry with Ford, Toyota and Hyundai Motor Company. Continual transfers around the country allowed him to continue to expand his boating pleasure and experience by moving up through the ownership of a 22’ small cabin cruiser to a 42’ Yacht Fisher here in Southern California.
Following a period in the real estate and mortgage business with his younger daughter in Southern California, he had an opportunity to join Dream Catcher Yachts. He now finds real pleasure in helping those seeking to fulfill their dreams in the ownership of a variety of power and sailing watercraft here in Dana Point.
